1. What this Site is (and is not)

The Site is a lightweight public landing page and brand placeholder for Gabrun. Content may include marketing copy, product illustrations, forms that look interactive, and demo interface mockups. Unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing, the Site does not provide real banking, payment processing, lending, investment advice, escrow, or licensed financial services. Buttons such as “Join Now” or “Pay Invoice” are demonstration controls and do not create a contract for money movement.

2. Eligibility

You may browse the Site if you can form a binding contract where you live and are not prohibited from accessing online services under applicable law. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your devices or network connection while visiting darknovecdn.space.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • probe, scan, or overload the Site in a way that disrupts normal operation;
  • attempt to access non-public systems, configuration files, or admin panels;
  • misrepresent affiliation with Gabrun or darknovecdn.space;
  • use the Site to send spam, malware, phishing pages, or deceptive payment requests;
  • scrape content at a volume that interferes with availability for other visitors;
  • reverse engineer demo UI assets solely to impersonate Gabrun in fraud schemes.

4. Accounts, emails and “Join Now”

If you submit an email address through a form on the Site, you confirm that the address is yours and that we may store it for contact about Gabrun updates, waitlists, or product news. Submitting an email does not open a payment account, does not verify identity (KYC), and does not entitle you to balances shown in illustrative cards on the homepage.

5. Intellectual property

Names, logos, layout, text, icons, and design elements on the Site are owned by Gabrun Demo Services or used under license. Third-party brand names (for example PayPal, Notion, Slack) appearing in “trusted by” style sections are trademarks of their respective owners and are shown only for illustrative atmosphere. No endorsement is claimed or implied.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Demo balances, invoices, rewards, and security diagrams are fictional examples.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gabrun Demo Services and operators of darknovecdn.space will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us (if any) for access to the Site in the three months before the claim, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Gabrun Demo Services against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

11. Governing nonsense (placeholder jurisdiction)
